Current Law Practice
Since
1992, Attorney Argenti has worked as a sole practitioner and President
of her own professional corporation with an office in the City of
Nashua. Her practice is a general one, with a concentration in family
law, civil and criminal litigation, bankruptcy, personal injury,
juvenile cases, court appointed cases, and probate. She also provides
services in estate planning such as wills, living wills, and powers of
attorney. Her mission is to provide excellent legal and professional
services, personal attention, aggressive advocacy and integrity to her
clients and to act in a professional manner with the Court System and
other attorneys. As a trained mediator, she is amenable to solving
clients’ problems by negotiating settlements, when appropriate, and to
seek creative solutions to their legal issues.
Her practice also extends to a much lesser extent to the nearby Massachusetts Courts. These cases consist of marital, personal injury, and occasionally criminal issues. She litigates in Middlesex County primarily, but has on occasion tried cases in Worcester, Brockton, Cape Cod and Boston.
